Machining
We offer a full machining service, with CNC machining as well as conventional.
Our milling equipment includes 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC milling capabilities, enabling precise component manufacture whilst maintaining cost efficiency.
We have conventional lathes as well as CNC turning including sliding head and fixed head CNC lathes. These allow us to machine a range of components from the very high precision to general tolerance.
We machine to very fine tolerances and with the use of our CAD/CAM, we are able to manufacture very complex work pieces. In order to achieve higher tolerances, we have a temperature and humidity controlled machine shop. We also continually invest in our plant and equipment, our people and processes and our quality management system.
