Inspection
We have a long standing commitment to quality. Our air conditioned inspection suite houses two 5-axis CNC CMM’s, one manual CMM, a range of non-contact optical inspection equipment, roundness and surface testing equipment and a variety of other calibrated metrology based equipment. We also have calibrated equipment on the shop floor including a further CMM for SPC purposes and a 400 times magnification microscope in our cleanroom.
Whilst we operate an ISO 9001:2015 management system, because of our customer base and depending on specific requirements, we will also operate various aerospace and defence procedural and reporting standards.
We don't just inspect the parts that we make. If you require an inspection only service, please contact us. Our facilities and experience are difficult to beat, and we understand that sometimes you may just require independent testing and validation.
